250 gr Cauwliflower rice 125 gr Lentils 175 gr Tomato diced 10x10 45 gr Parsley 140 gr Cucumber 2 tbs Ginger puree 15 gr Chopped mint 2 lemons ( zeste and juice) 1 Spring onion 35 gr pomegranate kernels
Preparation method
Defrost the frozen products in boiling water and cool down as quick as possible
Add all the ingredients in a big bowl and mix everything well. Season well with salt and pepper
