600 gr Boiled rice (frozen) 200 gr Coconut milk 1 dl Vegetable stock ½ ts Chili pepper diced 1 tbs Thyme 1 ts Oregano 1 ts Crushed dried chili 400 gr black beans
Preparation method
Bring the coconut milk, vegetable broth and spices to a boil .
When boiling add the rice
When hot, add the black beans and heat through.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
