Golden Tavola: trendy and surprising innovations
The Golden Tavola competition awards the best innovations in the food industry and helps determine what will be on the consumer’s plate tomorrow. This competition is held on the occasion of Tavola, the trade fair for fine food and delicatessen at Kortrijk Xpo from 11-13 March.
Strict selection with 2 rounds of judging by the jury
The Golden Tavola competition has 2 judging rounds. This year, 104 products have been entered for the competition. After the first screening, 59 products were selected to compete in the final round. In that final round, we achieved a second nomination for our riced cauliflower in the category “foodservice”.
All the winning and highly commended products will be displayed at Tavola in Hall 5. Visitors can taste them and vote for the one they consider to be the best. At the end of the fair, the product with the most votes will be awarded the Golden Tavola Public Prize.
