250 gr Cauliflower rice 125 gr Lentils 175 gr Tomato diced 10x10 45 gr Parsley 140 gr Cucumber 2 tbsp Ginger puree 15 gr Chopped mint 2 lemons (zest and juice) 1 spring onion 35 gr Pomegranate
Preparation method
Defrost the frozen products in boilling water (for 2 minutes) and cool down as quick as possible
Put all the ingredients in a big bowl and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper
